Every year, the ADVANCE Faculty Affairs and Diversity Office presents a workshop for faculty who will be going up for reappointment, consisting a of a panel of faculty who recently successfully navigated the reappointment process. The goal of the workshop is for panel members to share how they approached the process, and also to provide any helpful strategies and/or tips they used to complete the process.
