UNC Charlotte Center for ADVANCing Faculty Success (CAFS) benefits from the involvement of a small professional staff and the commitment of numerous UNC Charlotte volunteers who serve on committees, as mentors, as subject matter experts and facilitators and in other roles.

CAFS works across colleges and departments at UNC Charlotte to accomplish its work and to use resources wisely. The team seeks to share ideas and resources in a way that can leverage ideas and relationships.
